    Not all PHL devices updating

Please see the screencap with Egi data. I have another device using Backitude and it is working, all data gets updated.

Should all device status/info refresh when the mobile app updates are sent?
    - do they update if they haven't changed?

Town, Country, Postal code, etc -- not updating at all for 4 days+

Have you set the reverse geocode option to ON for the egi user?

On the root device for your Egi user on the PHLocation tab it's the first check box from the top.

When you run the Kinect plugin you get that on every device.

Are you using a VNP service?
