I am using the Homeseer HS-WD100+ dimmer control switches and when motion is detected in the front yard, I want my lights in my house to go on/off in rapid succession so I know something is up. Unfortunately the switches ramp up the brightness and dim to 0% for on/off events, which I like 90% of the time, but I need to have them quickly blink on/off for this alert mode, is there a way to do this?

In theory this should be pretty simple
You should be able to set a devices parameters via an event
set the remote dim rate timer for the light in question to 1 then turn the light on, off, and finally reset the rate timer to its default of 3
I created a quick test event to set my rate timer to 1 and it didn't update the device as expected, but I didn't try to troubleshoot it. You may get it working if you play around with it. It did work for me from the devices zwave tab
If I were doing a large number of lights I'd create a script to cycle through each target light.
