Hi,
Today I made a 20 minute phone call and after I hung up the computer running HS3 and connected to the way2call box made the windows audio sound corresponding to a USB disconnect. I never thought anything of it but now the Way2call box will not process any calls. While HS3 was running, I went to check the Way2Call setup program in Windows and was able to connect to the Way2call box. Usually when HS3 is running I cannot connect to the Way2Call box using the Windows Way2Call software. If I go into the Tools/Setup/Phone in HS3 I can go to the bottom of the page and hit save and usually I can hear the Way2Call box relay clicking (updating the box) but now it will not. The only way is to restart HS3 and everything is back to normal.
I also am still hearing clicks and dropouts (from another post)
Has anyone experienced this problem.
