Node removal status: Failed, node may still exist

I am trying to remove a z-wave node for which the physical module has been removed from the system.

Clicking "Remove Node" generates this message:

Node removal status: Failed, node may still exist

How do I remove it?

What hardware are you using? Which PLC?

Hum.. Hoepfully Rich will see this and comment. It should remove it the node unless the node is dead.

Try turning it on and off from HS. This will cause the interface to determine that the module cannot be reached, and you should then be able to remove it.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I did an on/off - remove...still didn't work.

Did another on/off/on/off....tried again and it worked.
