I just got my SEL in the mail on Friday and am stuck entering the licence ID/Password. There is no sticker on the bottom of the device and when I go to the website to recover ID/Password it sends me the info for the pluggins but not the SEL. I have emailed support and called, but it is the weekend.
Is this something that can only be resolved during business hours duing the week?
