We got about 2 inches total as of this morning and it is pretty much gone by us
Northeast coast looks to be getting hammered right now. Stay safe
          Cheers,

What is this "snow" you speak of? mid-70s (F) and nice here in central Florida

Mid Jersey we had about 7" overnight, but it switched to rain at about 5am and hasn't stopped since. It's a sloppy, flooded mess out there but nice and warm inside. Kids are going a little stir crazy as this annoying technology stuff means both us parents are working like a normal day - just place-shifted!

My company does similar things during hurricanes. Even if they close the office, they expect you to work, which I think is crazy. If it's so bad you have to close the office, employees shouldn't be expected to work. If course, I work from home about 99% of the time, so it's not a huge deal, but normally in those situations you want to be free to handle emergencies, not worried about working.

I just went outside and the snow is coming down so heavily that I could barely see a thing. Visibility is probably about 200' or less. And I live in a sheltered valley. We typically get about 1/2 as much snow as Boston. It must be crazy closer to the coast.

two or three inches here on LI then it turned to rain. Tomorrow will be all ice I suspect. Should have opened today and closed tomorrow as far as schools and business's.
