What a pleasant surprise - got a SmartWatch last week and during the setup process (before the OS up dates) I found an ImperiHome icon in the apps.
Tried it but did not work (before the OS updates). Left it alone for a few day discovering other new things.
OS updated to 6.0.1 and now can control HS from my wrist just like Dick Tracy! But. and there is always a but, IH wants its commands in a certain order only. We use the Echo to provide voice control and Alexa does not seem to care if we use the action then the device or device then the action. IH will only work with action then device. i.e turn off/on desk lamp works, turn desk lamp on/off does not work.
This is really a nit. Currently I am the only one with a SmartWatch in our house. We have learned to use device then action with Alexa, seems to work more reliability than action then device. Any chance of seeing this option with IH?
One other thing I have noticed, IH seems not to understand verbal commands as well as when using OK Google, I would think IH uses the same voice recognition engine. I usually have to pause a tiny bit between words with IH whereas OK Google seems to take them in stride. Maybe just me...
