                Try 2.0.8 in the HS3 updater.
                If you still have issues then delete the existing debug log, turn on debug logging and capture the issue again, disable debug logging attach the zipped log
                Let me know which speaker you are attempting to control as well.

                  Master Bedroom Speaker.

                  For shits I hooked it back to HS2 and it works perfect.

                  HS3 was a clean install I did not copy and thing over.

                            Well I have no idea then because it works perfectly here.
                            Attach another debug log of you controlling one speaker.
                            It is definitely something in your setup

                                I see no errors in the log. I would expect to see an error if it was not controlling the speakers. I can see the commands being sent to the AB8SS and nothing looks wrong. Like I said I have absolutely no issues here controlling any speakers.

                                The com port processing has not changed from HS2. What com port device are you using (PCI or USB-serial)?

                                It has to be something on your end as no one else is reporting it.
