    myQ Plugin

Hi, I installed and enabled the myQ plugin completed the configuration, but it doesn't show up in my Device Management. Any suggestions?

    Thanks, in advance!

Have you cycled the door? The plug-in builds devices from reports from Chamberlain's cloud service.

Thank you for the suggestion, I had not thought of that. Unfortunately, in my case it didn't result in any change. myQ is still not showing in my device list after 3 full cycles (open/close). I've also re-entered my myQ authentication in the calibration link of the plug in - just to be sure I didn't "fat-finger" something.

Is it possible I've exceeded the number of plugins allowed with the HTZ? Does the 5 it supports include those build in?

Not sure what to do at this point.

      Thanks, again for your suggestion.

Problem Solved - kingfetty suggested I change my myQ account password it seems a "%" in a password causes issues with the plugin. Changed my password everything works great now. Very grateful for Eric's help.
