I've published to npm an updated homebridge plugin called homebridge-homeseer-plugin-2018. It takes care of the dimming / slider jumping problems you mentioned. I've only tested it for Z-Wave devices, but it should work for others. Its available as an npm install. More info is here: https://www.npmjs.com/package/homebr...er-plugin-2018
