    Still Having Issues

    Bob,

Having an issue with controlling them (2) in HS3, was rock solid in HS2 but sometimes (allot recently) it fails to control individual speakers through events. I have to click it several times?

What are you controlling them with?
The buttons for the device on the device management page?

Try and capture a debug log in the plugin of the issue for me, log a help desk ticket on my site and attach the BLAB8SS-Detailed.log file.
    Cheers,
    Bob

OK and they are not turning on and off at all?
Turn on debug logging in the plugin and trigger one of the events and then disable debug logging. Put in a help desk ticket on my site and attach the BLAB8SS-Detailed.log file and I will have a look.
I am at home today so try and get it to me ASAP.
            Thanks
            Cheers,

                Which device did you control?
The log is quite large so knowing the device ref or code would help
                Cheers,

                  Try 2.0.6 in the updater
I was able to control the speakers using the devices in events just like in your screenshot.
                  Worked here just fine

If still an issue then capture a new debug log (delete the old one first) and attach the new log zipped
                  Cheers,

Tell what device was supposed to turn on and off?
Paste a screenshot of your devices from the dev management page. They should have an ON and OFF button and be owned by BLAB8SS

This is strange because no one else has reported this.
Mine is working perfectly here. I just controlled 5 of 8 speakers with no issues
                        Cheers,

In your previous log I see no control at all for any of our speakers.
What happens when you click the ON and OFF button beside the device? Does it work?
If not then turn on debug logging, click on or off, then disable debug logging and attach the logged zipped. Make sure to delete the old log first
Try and get me the log as soon as possible so I can get this fixed today.
                            Thanks

                              Bob,

I deleted the old log file, turned on debug file created 0kb, Turned the living room speaker on and off, turned off the debug and the log file is 119 MEG.

I tried this on 3 different rooms with the same results.

By the way it did not turn on or off

The Homeseer log had this over and over again
