Can you confirm that both your Android and the bridge are connected to your wi-fi router i.e. both on your network? Connecting the Android to the bridge wi-fi directly is no good.

Woooohooo got it working but now dimming
Thanks for all your help! I was able to send commands after using port 8899 and controller 5. I then tried sending homeseer commands and it works perfectly!
I did want to inquire about dimming capabilities and the b+/- command. is there any command that can decrease the leds gradually/smoothly instead of large increments at a time (B+/-)? Kind of how you fade colors smoothly?

Lost Connection to HomeSeer
Jon,
Been working since you kindly helped me get all working, since an upgrade to HS3 the .exe has lost communication with homeseer.
I have updated the dll files from the updated hs3 folder.
scheduler.dll
hscf.dll
HomeSeerAPI.dll
Whether i use 127.0.0.1:81 or 10.0.0.5:81 it wont connect
App is connected to the milight no problem, and is able to control
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance as always!

Can you provide a link to the lamps that you have purchased together with the Wi-Fi interface.
Finally please provide a screen shot of the settings tab on my GUI.
on milight android app it's first remote on left on top and press 3 sec on britness +
