How to control response time of power sensor?

    My Z-wave device

doesn't notice the power being on for a couple of minutes. Is there a setting somewhere that determines how often it's polling and reporting its state?

You can poll it, but there are also settings that control what it sends and at what frequency. In the screenshot below watts are reported every two minutes. You can increase that frequency, but it will increase Z-Wave traffic. I wouldn't think it would be a problem as the current plug-in and newer controllers don' seem to have any problem with traffic.
