Home Easy devices not discovered

Just wondered if anyone has been able to make Alexa discover Home Easy devices ?

I have a few of these devices installed, controlled via RFXcom but have been unable to get Alexa to discover them

Other devices however have been discovered, so I believe everything is working ok.

I was hoping that Bert would comment on the other thread (below) that also states that RFXCOM devices are never discovered by Alexa....
