    Reciever Vanishes after Reboot

    For some reason my reciever vanishes from the list when I reboot my HS3 server.

    The devices remain and then I just add the reciever again and it all works again.. BUT of course I am rebooting twice a day to deal with the other HS3 issues.

    Any thoughts, I really enjoy this plugin.

    I bet you it has to do with the saveINISetting issue in HS3
    What version of HS3 are you running?
    Cheers,
    Bob

          Yes that is likely the issue
          Can you paste in your hspi_BLOnkyo.ini file

          Surround it with the code tags, like this:

          Code:
          Here is the INI contents

              Yep that is the issue. See the [Receiver=1] section is pretty much blank

              Shutdown HS3 and delete the following lines from the hspi_BLOnkyo.ini file:

              Code:
              [Receiver=1]
              number=1
              Then restart HS3 and add your receiver back.
              After you add the receiver, add a 2nd receiver and just make it up. Once the 2nd one is added, go back and edit the 2nd made up receiver and delete it in the plugin

              Then try a restart and see if the first receiver stays.

              BTW... the issue is supposed to fixed in HS3 3.0.0.130. I really hope they release it soon because this issue has the ability to cause all sorts of issues for people
              Cheers,
              Bob

                Yep that worked!

                Thanks for the help, that tricked it into only deleting most of #2.

                I will keep an eye out for .130 and clean it up after that release.

                This is a good solid plugin, and I am starting to use the response info to detect songs and so on as I play pandora.
