    Real time log not available

My HS3 is on a Windows 10 server, but I cannot see the real time log. When selecting this tab, even after waiting for 20 minutes, activity spinner on browser tab just keeps spinning. Log never shows up.

On a related note I would really like to pull a list of lock/unlock events from the log into HSTouch so I can see at a glance who unlocked/other manual unlock events etc. Is there any means to accomplish this?

I just tried it on a windows 10 machine here and it loaded up
    Do you get any errors?
    Cheers,
    Bob

No errors, just a time out in the browser window that states:

Timeout from host, source IP: xx.xxx.xxx.xxx

Also no log entries related to BLLock

I tested on mine as well from Chrome, IE and Edge and it loaded quickly on all of them. I don't have firefox on this machine, but can try it later when I'm on the machine that does.

              Still no Real time log

Tried in Chrome, IE11, and Edge. All with the same result, time out in browser and no log data. Any ideas to try?

Understood, but can I assist in troubleshooting for my HS3 Pro on Windows 10 issue? Also any feedback on making the log available (device perhaps) so that I can display lock events in HSTouch? Thank You!

Turn on debug logging in the plugin options page
                    Then run the realtime log
Once done turn off debug logging and attach the BLLock-Detailed.log zipped
It is in the HS3 root folder
                    Cheers,

Very odd - I do not see any errors in the log
Can you show me what files are in the [hs3 root]\html\bin folder
                        Cheers,

Similar to .75, no matter what I try I am unable to install this update. Have tried the standard disable first, etc. but cannot install.
