Version 1.2.2 has been released that should work with the new Honeywell security configuration even on Linux and XP machines. Thanks for your patience!

I have updated to version 1.2.2.0 and get the following error message

"skWare Honeywell Wifi Thermostat Plugin for Homeseer HS3 has stopped working."

If I do not disable the plugin the entire system becomes non responsive. I am running a S6 Pro Hometroller

Can you follow the instructions here and provide me with a TRACE level plugin log file from the logs directory?

although I did email the log to you I thought I should also tell you I upgraded to the latest version of the pluigin 1.2.3.0 and it crashed after about 5 minutes

Can you provide some more details for me, please? Specifically, from the request at the top of all forums from Mark and provide that info: https://forums.homeseer.com/announcement.php?f=1310

Also, while you've been kind enough to provide the TRACE file from the sticky thread in my forum about what to provide if you have a problem, there are still a number of details that might help me that I requested as well (with the understanding you might not be able to get the data dump if the plugin isn't working): https://forums.homeseer.com/showthread.php?t=179559

I'm working on a theory that the issue could be limited to 32-bit Windows versions...

I can get the plugin to work from 5 to 30 minutes before it crashes the entire Homeseer system. Once I disable the plugin everything is fine again except no Honeywell control.

              Thermostats are model TH6320WF
              Product Number RTH6580WF1001

              Hope this helps

I found a few more areas to tighten up around processing the login (some introduced in 1.2.3/1.2.4) where it would stop retrying if anything went wrong or if the site was undergoing maintenance - which helpfully it was last night so I caught it in my dev environment.

However I've yet to recreate the hanging problem on Windows 8, Windows XP, or a linux VM...

I would think others running windows 7 might be having the same issues. Is there any way a bad thermostat could be creating a problem?

Sorry to see you're still having trouble. Unfortunately the HS log doesn't really help that much - having the TRACE log generated by the plugin is the only way I can truly see what's going on at a sufficient level of detail for an unknown issue like this!

Also was this 1.2.4 or 1.2.5?

And to confirm, you're essentially running XP, but the embedded version on an HS appliance, right? The info you provided above doesn't reference a "normal" version of Windows, and according to Wikipedia it should be XP, but you said "others running Windows 7" earlier, so I'm not confident in my interpretation.

Sorry for some confusion. I am running version 1.2.5 I am running on a HomeTroller SE Pro. When it is booted up it states "Windows 7 Embedded". Also I have installed Homeseer version 3.0.0.435.
I have attached a TRACE LOG that hopefully will give you more information.

Thank you for trying to resolve this issue
