I've noticed that if I restart HS or the PC after doing planned maint or updates, it does not set certain devices to the condition they were in at the time of HS shutdown or what they should be based on the current clock time. Since it was not a powerfail event, none of the items I have set for refresh on powerfail update. I havent found an easy way to make this happen. Any ideas?
