    Delete the database and restart HS3 and it should recreate it.

        Shut down HS3, and then rename the z-wave2.db file in the \data\z-wave folder to z-wave2.db.bak. Restart HS3. Note that if you use z-wave scenes, then the scene information inside of HS is lost. If you do use scenes, then I would try restoring an older version of that file from a backup.

          Don't mean to side track the thread, but I thought there was a file that contained all known(added) Z-wave devices... or am I thinking HS2?

            I have a file called ZW_Devices.dat in the \Data\Z-Wave folder that has a bunch of "known" z-wave devices in it. File date is from January last year, so doesn't look like it is maintained anymore. Do you have that file too and is it the one you were thinking of?
