      I suspect the soundbars might be the culprits. I'm going to ask you to display something for me (a URL) but I need to be home to know what the exact device URL for the soundbars are.

      Unfortunately, the PI is now filling up your error log at high rate. I suggest for time being you fall back to the .v21 version.

      I unfortunately don't have a soundbar so I'm not sure how the controls are constructed so I may need a bit of help here capturing a few things.

                Unfortunately, I didn't say it would fix your issue BUT I added a debug option. I want you to go to the Sonos Config page, click on the display Sonos devices button then navigate into the SoundBar by clicking on the hyperlink, then click on the services and I'm interested in the AVTransport and Deviceproperties services. Can you find the links and if you click on them do they provide the meta data of the services?

                Another thing you can do is to turn debug and superdebug on. Close the Sonos PI and restart the Sonos PI. I need the WHOLE log from init to 1 minute into it when all the init is done. If need be you could zip the homeseer log file and email or PM it to me.

                  I can't find a service called AVTransport. Perhaps that is why the error log is saying there is a service not running? I did however see the DeviceProperties.xml. I PM'ed it to you.

                    For Avtransport, you should first click on the MediaRenderer child device link, the AVtransport should be a service of the MediaRenderer . If you don't see a MediaRenderer and MediaServer Child device of the PlayBar device, than that's whats wrong. I'd probably still need that start up log to see why it wasn't retrieved and a screenshot of the (parent) playbar device page to see what was retrieved and what wasn't.

                      Can I get a link to the .21 version. I am trying to fall back to the previous version and cannot locate the old version.

                      EDIT: Nevermind. I had to totally remove the new 3.1 and once that was done, I was able to see the older .21 version in the downloads again.

                          I updated to 3.1.0.3 and it seems all the devices created with 3.0.0.21 were not updating like track length, time left, etc...I decided to delete those devices and let 3.1.0.3 re build them but that didn't work. Only one device was created showing the cover art, track, album, etc and all the control buttons in the control area. Does this new version not create all the devices 21 created?

                          I uninstalled 3.1.0.3 and installed 3.0.0.21 again and all separate devices were created again.

                            It should work properly, did you check your log file for any errors?

                                The error indicates that the DLLs that are used for SQL DB access weren't found. I wonder whether you need to restart HS3 for it do its thing.

                                I believe it copies the DLLs from <hsroot>\html\Sonos\bin to <HSroot>\bin\Sonos. Not sure it does it when you upgrade a PI or only when HS3 starts.

                                Can you check those 2 directories and see if you see the sql ...dlls
