    How to send Logs

The Logs/HAI.log file contains valuable information when debugging or finding runtime issues. Since Windows and Linux are supported, it can be difficult guiding a user through sending me the log files. The easiest way is just to use HS to send the logs. From the HS GUI, click on View -> Events -> Create Event

When I click view, events, I don't see any "create event". I just see "event groups," "display filters" and "lighting."

Click the green + to create a group, then create an event

HS4 of course, changed things. The WINx64 file location for the HAI.ini file is in: "C:\Program Files (x86)\HomeSeer HS4\Config\HAI.ini"
