Any ideas what is going on here? I have several accounts set up to manage several machines. One of them works correctly when I click on "Access System". The admin account receives the error in red above the log in box "HomeSeer is not running."

Restart HS3 and check the log to see if the system is connecting to the MyHS service ok. Normally, that message means the system is not connected. It should keep retrying if it cannot connect.
