I am having trouble getting the HSM100 sensing to work after HS 2.4 upgrade (currently on 2.4.0.2). The HSM100's are set to report status every 30 min - DM is seeing the response as a report of motion. As a result, my occupancies never go vacant. I tried updating the values for the motion sensors to 255 for ON and 0 for OFF, which seemed to be what was being reported in the log, but now I get:
Unable to retrieve status of Sensors 1st Floor Motion Detector based upon value of 0 from trigger device q51. Error occurred within MotionSensorClass.GetStatus [Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.] {2.3.5.0}
I have not yet upgraded to DM 2.4 since I am reluctant to upgrade when things aren't working and I didn't see similar reports from anyone else.
Suggestions?
