    Remote Access using HSTouch App

Is there a problem with Remote access on the HSTouch App.
I can set up the iPhone app to use wifi just fine.
I can also logon to the hs server from the browser on the iPhone using my no-ip address.

But using the iPhone app and trying remote access doesn't work when not on wifi. Port Forwarding is working fine since I can access the HS server from the Browser. Firewalls are all turned off..

Don't forget that HSTouch uses port 10200, so you must set up a port forwarding rule for that as well. Your browser uses port 80 (unless you changed it).

Are you sure you can point your BROWSER to port 10200? That shouldn't work unless you are forwarding external port 10200 to internal port 80. HS doesn't respond to HTTP requests at port 10200. Not to be repetitive, but do you also forward external port 10200 to internal port 10200 at the HS IP address? Mine works fine with my iPhone as well as a computer browser from an external connection. I have two rules
        • external port 8049 to HS IP port 80 (I am already using my external HTTP port for WSE access
        • external port 10200 to HS IP port 10200
