    I wish I had read this thread
    I just installed one for a friend and it is indeed *not* updating the Operating State and the Fan State. The Humidity has not updated once but the Temperature seems to be updating fine.

    I'll go with the Event route and see if that pulls the state.

      I had exactly the same problem with the honeywell one, it is a real piece of crap. I really don't understand why HS sells it, many people have reported the same issue. I spent hours troubleshooting it, reseating the comm card, etc. It just will not work reliably when it is doing any repeating functionality.

        Good to know. I almost contemplated buying another one thinking I had a defective unit. So far, the CT100s are working OK with polling events.
