    Official Support Method For UltraM1G

    When requesting support, please make a post to this forum using the template below.
    1. What Operating System Are You Using: (XP/Vista/7)<br>
    2. Are you running HomeSeer as a service? (Yes/No)<br>
    3. How is HomeSeer connected to the Elk M1? (serial/M1XEP):<br>
    4. Do you run any anti-virus programs? If Yes, indicate the name and version.<br>
    5. Describe the issue you are experiencing.<br>
    6. Are you able to duplicate the issue? (Yes/No) If Yes, describe the steps to duplicate the issue.<br>
    7. Send the debug log to ultrajones@hotmail.com using the procedure below.


    Note: I will acknowledge your issue by posting a reply once I receive the required debug log.

    How to send the debug log:
    1. Enable debug from UltraM1G > Options.
    2. Click the UltraM1G > Status > Relaod button.
    3. Assuming you get the error again, send me the hspi_ultram1g_debug.txt file located in HomeSeer's root directory.
    4. Disable debug.
