Using Flic with HS3 via IFTTT - need help

Is anyone here successfully using a Flic to trigger an action within HS3?

Using IFTTT, I created a recipe to trigger a Homeseer device action. The recipe was created easily. However, I cannot get the action to log in IFTTT or relay to HS and then to my SEL.

As I understand it, the signal flow would look like this:

Flic button (BLE) > Smartphone (iOS running Flic app) > Flic Cloud > HS Cloud > My HS Controller

Does the above flow seem accurate?

I have "connected" the HS IFTTT channel to my IFTTT account. While there may be other issues down line, I want to try to troubleshoot why I cannot get the Flic action to log in my IFTTT log.

    Any ideas?

I have my Flics on the local network call HS3 events directly with a JSON call:

    http://<hs3_server>/JSON?request=runevent&id=<event_id>

i did the same , used it with 2 devices , one is an android tablet and this i based at home with an http request using my local wifi address and the other one i'm using it from outside the house using my static IP , i think it will work with DDNS too or no-ip service .

i even got it to work with my Alexa using IFTTT

      http://<user>:<password>@<hs3_server>:<port>/JSON?request=runevent&group=<eventgroup>&name=<eventname>

Does anyone know if it would work with Jon00's Bluetooth app or any other plug-in (Windows)?
