    No Formware Version

    Hi Mark,

    I had a 2477S go bad and the hardware revision 6.2 1244. But when I replaced the unit the hardware version was 7.X the replace function balked at that and said only 3 links replaced. But the switch had the new address, so I used Reprogram device and that seemed to work. But not in the device page it show no Firmware. What is the best way to correct this. See attached Image.

    do a manual factory reset, and then use the plugin function 'reprogram device' to program the links and settings back

    do not delete the device from the plugin

      Just tried that No Joy...

      In fact I did it twice.

      Then I stopped the plugin and started it again and now it shows up.
