Also for the serial device I am getting the following error in the Log. It is an iatch flex ethernet with a serial cable and Firmware version: 710-3000-10

"No response/improper response from SERIAL [10.1.2.20] to command 'id'"

The UltraGCIR3 HSPI does not support sending and receiving serial commands. The plug-in only supports the GC IR receiver over the serial connection.

Does anyone use iTach Flex with their HS3 in production?
Does the tri-port cable works with 3 emitters? (disabling the 3rd blaster's function).
