    event priogramming help

    I set an event for "at x time set to y temp." I set it to heat, with a high of 70. i didnt do anything re "low" The event did not trigger. What did I do wrong

    please provide more information, ideally a screenshot of your event and the logs at the time you expected it to trigger.

        so in your logs you don't see this kind of line at 5:35 AM:

        Code:
        Event Trigger "HVAC HEAT 535 AM 1st floor 70"
        ?

        if so your problem is related to the event engine, not to the Ecobee plugin.
        Not sure what could be causing this. Make sure you did not disable the event by mistake, try another hour to see if that change anything...

          yes i do., we are good.
          my unit is not that responsive
          i was confused about the doifference between setting "low" o "high"
          does it matter?

            I think you need to use low here

            Target temperature Low is the Heat setpoint
            Target Temperature High is the Cool setpoint
