    Question Reference Dome Siren

Just purchased a Dome Siren. Was exceptionally easy to set up except for one issue. It is supposed to support a chime output (actually a variety of chime options) instead of just the siren, but I've not been able to figure out how to get a chime instead of the siren when activated.

The purpose is to notify me when an auxiliary heater is activated to protect my irrigation system backflow preventer.

Guess I should admit I'm a newbie too and perhaps this should be apparent.

Thanks, in advance for any suggestions.

I don't have this or ever used one, but looking at the instructions found here

    https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/02...29794453721737

Page 13 and 14 seems to have the info you need. You will need to click on the z-wave tab in one of the devices it created (I'm not sure besides root what devices were added to homeseer). In the z-wave tab you should be able to set the permeter number, the size and the setting of your choice.

Looking in my picture at the bottom and on page 13 and 14 of the manual I posted above you should be able input the 3 pieces of data you need to make adjustments to the settings.

Hope this helps, if not post pics of what shows up in homeseer and under the z-wave tab for more help.

You can get the parameters for the siren and chime selections from this manual starting at page 13. I should have read more closely to integlikewhoa's post. He already gave you the manual.
      Sorry about that integlikewhoa.

I included a pic of one of mine as an example of how to select a chime and to pick different sounds. Change parameter 6 to get different sounds. Some of the chime sounds are same as siren sounds just so you know.

        Thank you!

        Hey Guys,
Thank you so much! Huge help! The Dome Siren package I received from Amazon didn't contain any of this info. Really appreciate all the help and the detailed responses.

        Sincerely,
        Steve
