Did my Enerwave Dimmer fail already?!

Hey all,

I installed an Everwave ZW500DM dimmer switch into my system on July 28. Everything has worked fine with it until this morning. Last night I shut the lights off through Homeseer and now this morning the switch isn't responding to Homeseer or to actually being physically pressed. The blue led is lit so I know power is getting to it and Homeseer gives me this:

Failed to reach node 3 (1st Floor Master Bedroom Master Bedroom Lights)

I guess I need to know if this switch has died on me and needs to be returned or if there is a way to do a reset even though the thing doesn't respond to presses.

Not sure why it was doing what it was doing but after shutting power off to the switch and turning it back on it started responding again so we'll see how long it lasts...
