Delete or ?

I ordered a sonos one and intend to name it Master Bedroom.

I currently have a sonos play:1 named Master Bedroom.

My thoughts are:

Delete Master Bedroom from PI Config
Rename Play:1 to something else using Sonos app
Add sonos one using Sonos app
Name sonos one Master Bedroom using Sonos app

Is there a better way?
Will my events need to be redone?

In my experience you can rename a Sonos client on the app and the change will propagate to the HomeSeer Devices. You can rename the Play 1 to Kitchen for example and the 19 Sonos Devices will have their name changed as well. The events will stay tied to the Play 1, no matter what the name is. I just did it yesterday with a Connect:Amp.
