Node not there but route still is..

So a couple of weeks ago, I tried to add my Neeo to my z-wave network which in turn created node 24. It was unsuccessful so I removed it. However, after a rescan of my Power Z-Wave Aeon Labs Multilevel Sensor, followed by optimize then full optimize, it seems to think node 24 is an available route. It doesn't show as a neighbour however....
What is the best way to resolve this? I did a full backup of my z-net before. Should I just restore?

Jan-08 1:38:31 PM Z-Wave MyZ-Net: Device Power Z-Wave Aeon Labs Multilevel Sensor Node 14 Root Optimization and Add Route completed successfully.

EDIT: ah... I didn't power cycle the Z-net. Will try when I get home.

Restarting the Z-Net and/or removing batteries power cycle the device didn't do anything.

After checking the association, I noticed node 24 was there - removed it. A child node needed re-scan/optimize and now it's fine.

I haven't used it in months. Personally, while I'm sure it may be great for others, I find it useless. It sits on the end table in the stand - don't even think it's plugged in.

P.S. I might get back to it again... then again, I might sell it.
