Where can I get version 0.4 of the cm19a usb plugin for the ninja mounts

Can someone please let me know where I can get version 0.4 BETA of the cm19a usb plugin for the ninja mounts. I am experiencing some problems with version 1.0 and it looks like some people had to revert back to 0.4.
