Z-wave loaded remotely??

Not sure what to make of this.
My z-wave stopped working this morning
I tried to stop the plugin. Now in the page "Interfaces", the Z-wave plugin says "Loaded Remotely"
Below the Installed Plugins section now I see Remote Plug-Ins, with Z-Wave on it.

Any clues?

Restart HS should resolve this issue
