Can't get TriggerLincs to work

I just received 3 TriggerLincs and can't get them to work with HS (PLM).

I have tried:
- Tap Add
- Manual Add
- Manually added to Insteon.ini (same procedure I did to get my motion detectors to work - added as appliance module)
- Linked to an appliance module, then had HS check links (same procedure I did to get my ControlLinc to work).

Anybody get one of these to work with HS??
