    Warning: HS 2.4.0.21 will cause problems with the insteon lighting plugin

    HST changed the runex method which is used with externally registered devices.

    I need to fix the plugin to account for this change.

    If you use external scripts with the plugin, please hold off on upgrading HS until i release a fix.

    Please hold off until beta .22+ is available
