you might be able to change the count down (exit delay) or other options in your panel programming for arm-stay or arm-instant, but not exactly sure.Mark

Both Arm-Stay and Arm-Away count down 45 seconds on my panel...
When I use "Arm-Away", the device changes to "Armed" status in HomeSeer within 1-2 seconds after hitting the button... So when there is still 43 seconds on the panel left...
When I use "Arm-Stay", the the device doesn't change to "Armed" until AFTER the count down has completed...
So, my question is why? Why wouldn't they both switch the status in HomeSeer right away?

Not sure why that didn't post correctly Sorry about that...
Bottom line, you never see "Setting Partition 1 to Armed Stay" when you use the Armed-Stay function. I think this is the problem. But I'm not sure why we wouldn't see that since it really does it on the panel.

I believe the issue is related to your garage door (zone 16). the panel isn't reporting (no faults) and thus the plugin isn't responding as expected (ie setting the arm-stay status)Mark

And again, it works for Armed-Away, just not Armed-Stay.
So are you telling me on your system, if you click "Armed-Stay", your status changes within 1-2 seconds from clicking the button? It's just mine that doesn't?

I see with the new beta, that you have changed formatting on the last panel display message.
Personally I prefer having the spaces in there as it makes the message more intelligible and mimics the panel. Also I have many events that trigger based on certain messages and retooling these would be quite extensive.
Could you please add a configuration to either through the plugin configuration or manual INI modification to format keep the old way you displayed the last panel message?
Reverting this change or making an option to use the prior format would be greatly appreciated.

Field *197 enables the countdown display. When this field is 0, the countdown isn't displayed and the System Status and Partition 1 Status devices change immediately upon arming (start of countdown). But when *197 is 1, for modes Armed-Stay, Night-Stay and Armed-Instant, both devices display "Disarmed-Ready" until the countdown expires. For Armed-Away and Armed-Maximum, the devices change state at the start of the countdown, just like when the field is zero.
I'd wager that you'll see the same if you set your *197 to 1...
