Under devices the thermostat is called "Thermostat 1". When creating an event it is called "z-wave Interface thermostat". New events seem to run, but nothing changes on the thermostat.

These events were working, but appear to have been broken a couple releases back - now running beta 1.0.2d
I will have a look and test it when I get home later today

Polling is at 120 sec. The thermostat is a 2GIG CT30. I didn't have the debug log option checked. It is checked now and I will send you the log that gets generated. Elliott

If you were using an older build you may have to re-create the events because I change the format of them.
Try that and let me know

OK you need to tell what you created (trigger or action) and capture a debug log of the event not firing. Then attach the BLStat-Detailed.log file

                  I will look into it.

You might be better to use the BLStat conditions on the Increase and Decrease events.
You are setting the system mode and then increasing or decreasing. Why not use the condition to say only increase if the system mode is Heat, etc

Great idea. I will update the events using conditions.

Were you able to determine why none of these events work for me?

Not yet. I am going to need a debug log from you as well capturing the event running so I can see what is going on.
Attach the BLStat-Detailed.log (ZIPPED) to thsi thread when you have it.
                      Cheers,

                        I have posted 1.0.2e

This adds the ability to hide cool control for a specific thermostat. You will see an options link for each thermostat on the Thermostats web page.
                        Cheers,

                            Bob,

I am getting ready to write an ASPX page to graph the daily run-times for the HVAC system, and I have a quick question for you: I took a look at your database, and I *THINK* I should be able to walk through and compute the times between "System is now Heating" and "System is now Idle" activity entries. Does that sound right?

Also: It looks like some of the earlier Betas were not logging the Idle event. Is that true? As long as it logs it now, I'll be fine. If there is some other situation where it doesn't log idle, my plan is busted.

Thanks again for a great PI.

                            Steve

Yes it should log the idle and running now
                              Cheers,

                                FYI

Un-installed and reloaded several times. Finally started rebuilding and gt up thru beta 1.01g before the events stopped working...

                                Sitting on g for now.
