    RFXrec433 for Friedland wireless doorbell?

    Hi,
I have a Friedland 433MHz wireless doorbell (product D3005) and I'm wondering if the RFXCOM Receiver could successfully detect when the button is pressed so I can get Homeseer to do stuff (like save an image from the hidden camera by the front door).
    Is this likely to work?
If not, are you able to suggest an alternative?
I'm looking for a doorbell button that:
    - is wireless so I don't have to drill holes in my aluminium door frame, and
    - does not have a light so I only have to change the battery every few years.

    Thanks,
    Phil

Please see chapter 2 in the RFXtrx User Guide for the list of supported devices.
The 1byone Easy can be used for example and is supported by the RFXCOM plug-in:
