    Getting Water Valve System Hardware Failure OEM Failure Code

    I have the HS-WV100+ water valve, installed and seems to be working. I can control it through HS3 on Windows 10 and it reports status. But in my dashboard under Notifications, I see "System Hardware Failure OEM Failure Code , Failure Codes: 3".

    I don't know what this means. It was last reported weeks ago, when I was first hooking it up. I can't get it to go away? Any ideas? I've tried rescanning, power cycling, optimizing, rebooting HS3, etc. Still shows this message.

    I don't have this problem. When I unplug the cord that goes between the water valve and the controller, then I get a notification (don't recall exactly which one). When I plug the cable back in, the notification clears up.
