I am running the most current version of HS2. Our system went down and when it came back up remote login wasn't working. The toggle in setup has been changed back and forth but the start log always shows remote login disabled. Can't find the command in the config or setup file to set it manually. Any help? TIA

Look for svrenabled= in your settings.ini file found the config directory and change it true. Something must be blocking write access to this file. -

Checked the svrenabled setting and it was already set on true. Startup log still shows remote disabled. Any other ideas? Thx.Comment

Sounds like HS isn't reading the config file. Did you recently upgrade your HS install? Did you check the paths to the install dir of HS? Is it reading that config file? ie move the file and restart HS and see if all of your settings change.Comment

renamed the settings file so it would create a new one. Changed web server setting and everything looks fine and was changed but the log still shows remote login disabled.Comment

Something is not quite right with your HS install. Try testing HS on another pc and see if you see this issue. You can download a HS 30 day trial to test with.Comment
