    Lock not registering

    Installed BLLock quite a while ago but didn't use it since it seemed overly manual. Now that the users are in it, I went to try again... and the lock doesn't show at all. I've tried removing the plugin, deleting the .ini, restarting. Any other suggestions?

    Did the Debug Logging and searched through it. It's seeing the Kwikset Deadbolt but doesn't think it's a lock?

    Code:
    03/10/2018 03:38:29:379 PM : v3.0.11.0 - Get_Device_Object_For_Ref() started
    03/10/2018 03:38:29:379 PM : v3.0.11.0 - Get_Device_Object_For_Ref(): ref --> 1360
    03/10/2018 03:38:29:380 PM : v3.0.11.0 - Get_Device_Object_For_Ref() finished
    03/10/2018 03:38:29:380 PM : v3.0.11.0 - Build_Lock_Dictionary(): subTypeAPI -->  (Interface: Z-Wave; Type: Z-Wave Entry Control; Ref: 1360; Address: F1846E1C-054; Location: Main.FrontDoor; Name: Kwikset Deadbolt)
    03/10/2018 03:38:29:380 PM : v3.0.11.0 - Build_Lock_Dictionary():     *** lockFound --> False

    This stuff seems really odd to me as well. Occurs if I initialized or restart HS:

      Do the following:

      1. Delete the old debug log
      2. Disable BLLock
      3. Edit hspi_BLLock.ini and change debugLevel=true
      4. Save INI file
      5. Restart BLLock

      Once it has been running a minute or so, then disable debug logging on the options page and attach the debug log here zipped
      Cheers,
      Bob

          It is not finding your lock

          Run the script in this thread and provide the info in the first post for all your locks

            So... there's nothing in the HS3_Display_ZWave_Lock_Device_Info.log file. ???

            In case it helps, here's some info on the Zwave device

              Huh. Did a rescan and optimize on the device and now it got data in the log. Still doesn't show up in BLLock, though.

                Well, shoot... now it shows up. Okay... must have been something in the Z-Wave environment. But it seems to be working right now. Thanks for the help, Bob.
