I have tried for the last 4 days to download this plugin. It will not download form the updater. Is it still active?

What error do you get in the HS logs? I just tried downloading and installing it and it worked fine.

If you take a look at the updater.txt file that's in the root of the HS3 folder, you can see where it tries to download it from. See if you can manually go to that URL.
