Having a problem adding a device

I have repurposed a lamp module that was in my upstart and .upe file. I have renamed the lamp module and trying to add in homeseer. No matter what I try the lamp module is not being listed. I have confirmed that it works fine in the upstart file.

    Any ideas?

This module had an ID 28. Outside Halloween Spotlight. It has been reset using 5 click then 10 clicks and then reprogrammed for Upstairs Guestroom Lamps.

make HS shows the Address column in the device management page, then filter on all your UPB devices and delete all the one that have an address that contains D28

then restart the plugin so that it reimports your upe file

Not that familiar with non-windows, but my experience with re-purposing means that you must first remove the node and then add......
