    Randy (the Ultra plugin guy) is going to have an issue unless he translates your question to English from French.

        The initial query to find the caller details is returning 0 results, so it's attempting to insert that caller into the database. However, that caller already exists in the database, so the nmbr field database constraint isn't allowing it. Is your caller Id modem indicating the incoming caller telephone number is 067385**** or did you add the * to hide the actual number?
