GetConnection error -- solve?

i get this error (many times repetitively) when i boot.
anyone know how i get rid of it?

getConnection error Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS3\Data\Z-Wave\Z-Wave2.db-journal' is denied.

also get Scene error????

Shut down Homeseer and delete the file:

C:\Program Files\HomeSeer HS3\Data\Z-Wave\Z-Wave2.db-journal

then

restart Homeseer.
