    Somfy Switch ZRTSI info

    I operate shade via ZRTSI to zwave to HS. it shows up as down/up on my devices but my Alexa wont respond to that... only to ON/OFF. any work arounds? see attachment

    Alexa doesn't understand up/down as far as I know. So there is no work around for her to understand that until amazon adds that.

    You should be able to use Dim commands and on/off. Dim to 50%.

      right. i have to say on or off for up or down... so I guess I
      just have to remember that.

        Get jon00's Alexa helper app. works great for this challenge. Using it with a Somfy Zrtsi 16 channel.
