Help - Airport wont show up as client

Ok, what am I doing wrong...

I have an Airport Express running, it is playing music so I know it, and the speakers work.

Airplay Speakers configuration Show the Device...

    D0034B5D28B2 Ninovan1 AirPortExpress

But when I go to "Speak Something" and I look at "Edit Speaker Client List" it is not there.

    I have rebooted...restarted, etc...

    Gotten some WEIRD error messages...

Mar-06 6:49:53 PM AirplaySpeak INFO Connection to Ninovan1 (192.168.86.60:5000) failed: Request failed, error RTSP/1.0 453 Not Enough Bandwidth
Mar-06 6:49:53 PM TTS Speak: ():This is a test
Mar-06 6:49:53 PM AirplaySpeak INFO (Ninovan1): This is a test
Mar-06 6:49:53 PM Event Event Trigger "Ninovan Events Airplay test"

OK...I got rid of that error by turning off the Music that was playing WIRELESSLY to the AirPortExpress.

The AirportExpress is WIRELESS, as is most everything in this house...

But still nothing to the Airport speakers, not even a click or pop

here is a DEBUG Log for the last try

Internal Server Error - Uhm -- is that on the HS3 side or the AirportExpress side? And how do I fix that?
Is that part of why it isn't showing up?

(PS... I checked, bonjour is running, what else can I check?)

the airplay speakers will never show in the "Edit Speaker Client List" because there is no way to do that from the HS API. You have to either add the speaker manually to the list, or do not specify any target so that the TTS will be send to all speakers.

To test the plugin with your Airport Express, make sure no other source (iTunes) is sending audio to the speaker, and use something longer than "This is a test", airplay speakers have trouble with very short audio.
You can also play with the "Delay Before" / "Delay After" settings to improve things

        Ah... that helps...
I will add some delay at the beginning and see what happens...

What about the "internal Server Error".... what should I be looking for for that ?
